Dear Rose.
I hope things are well with you and the family, I miss you all. We both do. David say’s hi by the way, or he would if he was here. Don’t tell mum and dad but we had a huge fight and he stomped off, I’ve not seen him since. We’d spent most of the holiday so far doing what he wanted to do and most nights I spent alone because he’d done his usual and met someone and took them back to the hotel. I had enough and he took off after our fight, bloody brothers!
So it’s just me now and I couldn’t be happier at the moment, I’m doing and seeing the things I want to now.
Ireland is so beautiful, I think if I ever had a chance to decide which Quidditch team I could play for it would be over here. Mum was right, there’s no place quite like this. I can see why her and dad came here a lot. The people are really friendly and the accent is to die for. I’ve met up with some of the guys from school and we’re all going to go be tourists together.
Miss you loads and I’ll be home soon.
Billie.

Dear Ollie,
There is nothing in this world like the feeling of walking out onto a Quidditch pitch and hearing hundreds of people cheering and supporting you. I was so convinced that I would climb upon my broom, kick off and end up falling flat on my face and have everyone laugh at me. Oh, I wish you could have seen me, I wish I could have seen that proud look on mum and dad’s faces as I soared high above them. I didn’t think the nerves I had been feeling all day would ever vanish but the moment I heard the crowd and saw then all standing and clapping for myself and my fellow Bats, I knew that I wouldn’t let them down. I would get onto my broom and I would fly high and catch that snitch for them and win the game.
I just knew from that moment on and that’s what happened. We beat the Arrows, 270 points to 80, I caught the snitch and we won. The teams going out tonight to celebrate the start of the season victory and once I’ve seen mum and dad I’m joining them.
I hope things are well with you and business at the shop is steady. I should be home in a few weeks so I’ll come by and say hello to you if the family lets me.
Owl me back soon and catch me up to everything you’ve been up to.
Love always.
Billie.
